NATA objects to the proposal to re-interpret ยง 135.267(d) and recommends the FAA allow existing interpretations of that regulation to stand until rulemaking to revise the flight, duty and rest regulations applicable to Part 135 unscheduled operations is initiated. NATA further recommends that such rulemaking reflect the work of the Part 135/125 Aviation Rulemaking Committee (Part 135 ARC) recommendations
