NATA Comments on DOT Broker Rule
Last week, NATA submitted comments to the Department of Transportation’s (DOT) proposed rules covering brokering activities in the air charter industry. Overall the association welcomed the DOTs efforts to improve transparency when flights are brokered. NATA recommended that DOT create a simple online registry system for indirect air carrier brokers and also offered several other suggestions to improve the regulations that DOT proposed. Click
