Rules issued by the California Bureau of Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) threaten to harm California flight schools irreparably. Assembly Bill 1889 (AB 1889), which offers a delay in compliance to those rules for flight training, has been passed by the California Legislature and is now on Governor Schwarzenegger’s desk.
